GOP Destroys Itself in NY-23
Dede Scozzafava (R) has now been left dead in the water thanks to the nationally known wingnuts rallying behind Doug Hoffman (C) who's now tied with Bill Owens (D).
Scary...but a lot more so for the Republican Party. Their leaders (Palin, Limbaugh, etc.) have thrown Scozzafava under the bus for a more strident individual which is more suited to their entertainment value.
The egos have landed...to coin a phrase.
